My journey into herbalism and birth work began as a personal path toward healing.

As I worked to balance my hormones, transition off birth control, and reconnect with my body’s natural rhythms, I was drawn deeper into the wisdom of plants and the innate intelligence of the body. What began as self-study gradually grew into years of formal herbal education, mentorship, and hands-on experience- and with it, a calling to support others through some of life’s most tender transitions.

Today, I offer both handcrafted herbal products and birth and postpartum doula care through Wildcraft Birth & Botanicals, based in Denver, Colorado. My work is grounded in presence, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique needs and choices. Whether I’m supporting someone through labor, delivering a nourishing postpartum meal, or crafting a custom herbal remedy for hormone support, I bring care and intention to everything I do.

With a hands-on background in creating herbal products and a lifelong love of gardening, home remedies, and plant-based wellness, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how herbal medicine can support everyday life. Wildcraft Birth & Botanicals brings these passions together- offering accessible herbal care and doula services that are both practical and personal.

When I’m not working, you can find me hiking and backpacking in the Colorado mountains with my husband and dogs, cooking nourishing meals, or metalsmithing one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces.

I believe in the body’s ability to heal when given time, attention, and care- and I’m honored to walk alongside others in that process.
