My journey into herbalism and birth work began as a personal path toward healing.

As I worked to reconnect with my body and its natural rhythms, I was drawn deeper into the wisdom of plants and the ways they can support us through different seasons of life. What began as self-study grew into years of herbal education, mentorship, and hands-on experience, and eventually into a desire to support others through some of life’s most tender transitions.

Today, I offer both handcrafted herbal wellness products and postpartum doula care through Wildcraft Birth & Botanicals, based in Denver, Colorado. My work is grounded in presence, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique needs and choices. Whether I’m supporting clients with postpartum recovery, preparing nourishing meals, or creating a custom herbal remedy, I bring care and intention to everything I do.

My background in herbalism, a lifelong love of gardening, and years spent creating herbal products have given me a deep appreciation for the relationship between people, plants, and everyday wellness. Through Wildcraft Birth & Botanicals, I’m able to bring these passions together in a way that feels both practical and personal.

When I’m not working, you can find me hiking in the mountains, cooking nourishing meals, or in my silversmithing studio making jewelry!
